Straycatsart.com prides itself on delivering quality artwork with a high standard of professionalism, when you have chosen your artwork to the moment it is delivered to you.
(1) Use of Straycatsart.com
1.1 Under no exceptions can this website be used for any other reason other than what is defined by these Terms and Conditions. Copyright law protects all images and copy content and any unlawful usage will be deemed as a breach of this contract. The straycatsart.com name, logo and content are copyright of straycatsart.com.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please stop using this website and any of the services. All content and artist information, historical references and sourcing are checked for accuracy. However, if there are errors/faults in anything on the Straycatsart.com website please email me at admin@straycatsart.com and I will rectify any errors/faults after validation. No lawsuits or legal action can be brought against straycatsart.com or any of its affiliates, for inaccurate content under these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 You may use this site solely for personal use and are not permitted to copy or download content on this website for personal or commercial use without permission from straycatsart.com.
1.4 The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

(2) Agreement
2.1 Straycatsart.com agrees to sell only the goods which you have ordered in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and which have then been verified and accepted by me. I recommend you check the Terms & Conditions each time an order is placed and I reserve the right to reject any order. Unless otherwise agreed by email, each individual sale of goods will be subject to the current Terms & Conditions.
2.2 I will email the purchaser once the order has been accepted by straycatsart.com. Until that point no order has been confirmed, contract entered into and or delivery initiated.
2.3 Straycatsart.com has the right to refuse any order without explanation as deemed by these Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Every order is individually bound by the agreement of the current Terms & Conditions. However, these conditions can change from time to time.
(3) Accepted Orders
3.1 The quantity, quality and description of the goods will be those set out in an order (when accepted by me).
3.2 As stated, orders are accepted at my sole discretion. Normally an acceptance is based upon availability of goods, as most of my artwork is either original, unique and/or a one off. The accepted order must reflect the total price with a confirmed delivery address being based in stated delivery geography. Straycatsart.com will also check that payment is authorised for the transaction.
3.3 Either party is entitled to withdraw from any contact in the event of obvious and material errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on straycatsart.com website.
3.4 If an order is placed and for an unforeseen reason the goods advertised are not available, the purchaser may (in these circumstances only):
3.4.1 Accept an alternative offered to them.
3.4.2 Cancel the order and receive a full payment refund within 28 days.
3.5 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check and agree to the Terms & Conditions in every instance an order is placed. Terms & Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice.
3.6 The straycatsart.com description and any specification related to the goods are at the time of publishing believed to be true, accurate and correct.
3.7 All goods featured on straycatsart.com are required to conform to any applicable statutory or EC requirements and therefore from time to time, may require changes in the specification of goods on the website.
3.8 Straycatsart.com may offer limited edition prints, artist replicas and artist impressions. These goods will have variations in the design and colour and no two paintings, prints and or frames will be identical in appearance. This artwork and or frame will not be an exact replica of the original and purchasers accept these conditions. Straycatsart.com sincerely hopes the purchaser is satisfied with their order. However if they are unsatisfied they have the right to:
3.8.1 Accept an alternative that may be offered.
3.8.2 Cancel the order and receive a payment refund within 28 days (excluding delivery costs).
(4) Pricing
4.1 The purchaser must pay the full price of the goods ordered before the goods will be dispatched for delivery. There are no exceptions to this rule.
4.2 Pricing is that set on straycatsart.com. However, straycatsart.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notification. This excludes orders that have already been placed and accepted.
(5) Payment Terms
5.1 Once an order has been confirmed and payment accepted, the purchaser has confirmed that all information contained within the order is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have authorised payment. You are entering a legally binding agreement and have therefore entered into a contact with straycatsart.com.
5.2 Where goods are returned by the purchaser in accordance with statuary rights, straycatsart.com will credit the payment with the appropriate amount within 28 days.
5.3 Personal information is confidential and will not be used for any other purpose and or be passed to any third party. Straycatsart.com cannot be held liable for any losses and or damages that the purchaser may suffer from either the use of or purchase from straycatsart.com. In the event that a credit card is used fraudulently, the purchaser is entitled to cancel the payment and be fully reimbursed by the card issuer without being charged for the loss.
(6) Delivery of Goods
6.1 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide straycatsart.com with accurate delivery information. Straycatsart.com cannot be held responsible for any financial loss and or damages that may be incurred due to incorrect information. The purchaser must ensure someone is available to sign for the goods from the chosen courier. Once the goods have been delivered and signed for they are the purchaser’s responsibility.
